The sound on my TV occasionally fails to sync the voice with the image. The speaker is mouthing the words but the voice comes in after. I have to reboot the system and the modem every time this happens. It occurs on live TV as well as recorded shows.
On another modem-TV the fibre will automatically switch when watching a show to an advertisement on other Fibre streaming shows. We must say OK to switch back to the show. This happens often on TVA and Stingray Spa.

The “lip flap” is a recurring frustration to the point that I try to look away (not great for tv viewing). There’s no adjustment option on my older Panasonic tv. The only way to “reduce” the lagging audio is to reboot the Bell Fibe box. Looks like I’ll have to keep on doing this every few days. Not great.

Hi there @jwwTO
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to confirm which receiver model you have?
Is your receiver connected via ethernet or Wi-Fi connection and have you tested both to see if the issue persists?
Do you happen to have any third party audio equipment connected such as a sound bar and if so, can you try removing it from your setup to see if the issue persists?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Thanks. I have an older Panasonic 54” tv, connected by HDMI to the Bell Fibe box which is connected via Ethernet to the Bell fibre cable installed throughout my building. The only temporary solution is Reboot the Bell Fibe box. But lip-flap creeps back until it becomes so bothersome that I have to reboot. This is not a problem when viewing a DVD, only with the Bell Fibe device.
