Fibe TV not showing subscribed

What must be done in order for my television subscription to be registered in my Home Hub modem? It is not showing Subscribed. Thank you for your time.

@MM11 your Fibe TV app subscription details do not show up in your physical Bell Home Hub 4000 modem.

The modem manages your Internet connection; devices connected, your data usage & the services you subscribe to that are connected to your modem, (Fibe TV, Home phone, & Internet).

Your Fibe TV app subscription information is tied to your MyBell account and stored on Bell's secure servers, not the modem itself.

Thank you for your question. Can you please clarify? Which modem do you have? Which service do you fave? Are you using a Fibe device or the Fibe app? Normally the device shows in the list of connected devices, not the subscription. Please add more details so we can assist you.

It’s a Home Hub 4000. I have the Fibe TV App subscription. When I log into the modem it says Not Subscribed under the Television header. I think it might be the source of some issues in my service. Thanks for replying.
