Have this screen on my browser despite having the latest Edge update. Fibe works on Chrome but I prefer Edge.

Hi @Hirsch57
I'm running Fibe TV from the Edge browser on a MacBook Air. Edge Version 119.0.2151.46 (Official build) (arm64). This is the latest version.
Not sure why you're having trouble.

Here are some ideas worth consideration:
I am using Edge as one of my browsers with Fibe TV. I was experiencing a problem until I checked for updates. There was a recent update to Windows 10 as well as Edge was updated earlier this week.
Have you tried updating your Edge browser to the most current version? Have you cleared your cache, cookies, etc. Is Windows 10 up to date? Rebooted your computer?
You may need to do a a reinstall & reset of Edge.
The current version of Microsoft Edge is: 19.0.2151.44 (Official build) (64-bit)

Hi @barryro
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Did this start to happen after a recent browser update or were you getting the same message previously? Were you able to test a different browser to see if the same thing happens?
We recommend clearing your cookies & caches, then reboot your computer and check to see if everything is working.
Hope to hear from you soon,

OP says they have the latest version of Edge. Hopefully they will confirm against the version #s you (Windows) and I (MacOS) posted. We don't know which OS the OP is using.
