Help setting up FIBE TV app

I just signed up for Bell satellite and am unable to get the Bell Fibe TV app to work on my phone or firestick. Any suggestions on how to get the app working? It does not recognize my My Bell account when I try to sign into the app. Also My Bell is not showing my TV service. Thanks for any insight.

 Have you added your Satellite TV to your MyBell acount? Lets do a check of the following:

Login to your MyBell account on the web > Log in to MyBell

On the main login screen you should see all of the services that are connected to your MyBell account. If any one of your services is missing, e.g. TV; then you will need to add it to your MyBell account.

Here is a link and tutorial that will assist you in adding a service to MyBell & One bill.

Once you have verified and completed these steps to add your TV to your MyBell account, you will then be able to use the Fibe TV app.

Are you able to successfully login to your MyBellOpens in a new tab or windowaccount outside of the Fibe TV app? Please ensure you are using your correct username and password. If you have forgotten this information you can Reset passwordOpens in a new tab or windowor Receover your usernameOpens in a new tab or window.

This did not work. Bell site says they need more info and after 4 more attempts they will lock the account. Any ideas how to proceed?
