I am recording shows and I just became a Bell customer.  So when I want to watch my recordings what do I say on the talk button

When I search for a TV show by name I seem to get only youtube results related to the show when what I want is to watch the show. I am new to Fibe TV . What am I doing wrong?

What show were you searching? Did you use a complete sentence or just some key words?

Hi AlexS

I used the show title “Star Trek Strange New Worlds”

I just tried the title, it works. Were you holding the button?

Hi,

Just came on board from Rogers and trying to learn how best to search for movies and shows with the Fibe 4k box and remote, using voice.  Curious how most people voice search with the remote.

Here is what I've figured out so far, but also the issue I'm having:

If I want to see all Star Trek movies so I can pick one, I'm able to voice search, 'Star Trek movies on bell tv', but it always brings up just the original Star Trek movie.  Other options show below in the similar search section, but I'm assuming the system is smart enough to show me all Star Trek options.  Anyone know how to achieve this?

Ty.

Hello,

We are new to Bell, just switched from Rogers, as with many in our neighbourhood. I am very frustrated with the voice command system; it simply does not answer my queries, even for a simply channel search. I searched Formula 1 when I knew a qualifying race was on, but didn’t know the channel, and I got the On Demand from the previous week (and nothing current); I searched CSI: Las Vegas, and I got a selection of CSI shows, but none with the exact words that I searched. My voice searches just simply give a whole list of random items. When I used to use Rogers search, I got a list of actually relevant TV shows. So to be clear, I understand how the voice system works, but the search engine just doesn’t seem helpful or relevant. I end up going to the search function and simply punching things in (ie., « the old-fashioned way » 🙂 Any help?

I have the Fibe VIP7802 box and slim remote.

When using the search function for a TV show (through the menu or the voice remote) the search will not return shows on "regular" TV channels, the results are primarily Youtube and some streaming services. I just want to search for a program to see future episodes and channel on the channels I subscribe to.

Is there a way to customize the universal search function?

Thanks. I think this question puts it better than I did: https://forum.bell.ca/t5/TV/How-do-I-access-favorites-on-the-Voice-remote/m-p/56865#M12710

When I search for a show all I get is Youtube, pay per view, and other info about the show. I want to search for future airings of that show on the channels I have. Is that possible? It was quite easy with Rogers.
