How to filter the guide in the Bell Streamer

 I’m not able to personalize my guide. 
Any guidance on how to do this?

In your original & subsequent post, you did not identify which receiver you are using to access the Fibe package that you are subscribed to.

My original instructions that I provide to you were for the VIP7802 Fibe TV Box.

The image from 2 days ago that you posted appears to have been from a Bell Streamer. If I am correct, then you have a Fibe TV App package & you are using the Bell Streamer to access your channels.

Using your remote, on the Main menu: Select > Settings. This will take you to My Preferences.

For example, if you select Guide, you can choose to check off Subscribed, Favourites, English or French. These are the only options open to you. There are also a number of other selections available to you choose from in My Preferences.

Within this section , these are the only choices you can make to adjust your viewing experiencing with the Bell Streamer.

If you wish to enhance & improve your Fibe TV experience with added features, options, etc., you would need to change to the VIP7802 Fibe TV box. My earlier post below includes all of this information.

From your photos, you're using the app, which is a different interface than the native FibeTV service.

You have less customization options available to you.  Under Settings->My Preferences, you can select "Subscribed and Popular" under Guide filters.  Under Availability Filters, you can select all or "Available on this device".

Outside of that, you can add favourites and select the guide to filter by favourites under Guide Filters.

On the VIP7802(the Android TV box):

Settings>Device>Menu and Guide

From there you can

- Customize guide, where you can select and deselect individual channels to display (some channels cannot be deselected)

- Manage favourite channels for use when viewing favourites lists in the guide

- change the guide style from grid to channel lineup style

- Change whether to show all channels or just subscribed and 'most popular' channels

- change the behavior of the 'Last Channel's button from showing the last 5 channels to immediately tuning to the previous channel

- Access "genre" listings

 

I don’t see anywhere that allows me to customize my guide.  I can’t select personalize, and no where do I see where channels can be selected or deselected.  I’ve moved and got new modem and box (although they look the same as my previous) but the fibe screen and functionality seem newer…
