Thanks for clarifying @Gellar.
Please try out the steps below.
- Press MENU on your remote control.
- Use the down arrow button to highlight Settings, press OK.
- Use the down arrow button to highlight Television, press OK.
- Select TV resolution, press OK.
- Use the arrow buttons to select HD 720p, or HD 1080i or HD 1080p.
- Press OK.
Another option is to check and to see if the TV set has a ZOOM / WIDE mode setting or control for adjusting the aspect ratio.
Let the Community know how everything is going.

@BellPatricia - It's the Slim Remote. My mom was messing with the buttons and accidentally made the screen display zoomed in and doesn't know how to turn it back to normal display. I'm asking on her behalf (she's a senior) and trying to help her troubleshoot because I don't have Bell Fibe TV. Thank you!

I think she means the screen suddenly zoomed in without seeing any instruction procedures or interfaces on screen. When this happens to me, it automatically recovered after I kept using the tv as if it didn’t happen for a very short while.

I have a satellite TV system, so I do not know about the slim remote but on the satellite remote, the page up key changes the zoom on HD channels and the page down key changes the zoom on SD channels. The buttons have this action while not viewing the guide.
