Why does MyBell Equipment List no longer show "Deactivate Receiver" and "Remove Receiver"?

Had the same issues . After a lot of patience and time they were able to correct the problem . Was never a explanation as to why it all happened but in the end they did get it right .
Try and work with them and they should get it worked out for ya !

Can you clarify if you access MyBell through the app, or directly on a website?
Is the option to Deactivate/Remove a receiver not visible at all, or greyed out?
Please share a photo of what you do see (be sure to hide any personal information) so we can take a closer look too.

I’m having the same problem the deactivate and remove options are no longer there they are on the app. I tried to deactivate and remove a receiver says it worked but it is still there. It has not been removed

Welcome to the Bell Community.
Does this happen when you access the MyBell profile in a web browser too?
If you are still having trouble please log out of the MyBell app. Then close the app, reboot your device and check to see if the equipment has updated.

When I access the web browser on my home pc or on my iPhone the opinions are not even there. They only show on the app but when you use them it says it was successful when when in all actually it does not work because it still shows active on my account.I have deleted the app and reinstalled with no success. I had to call bell and talk to a customer service representative and they had to remove on there end.

Could you clarify if you are accessing MyBell through the app, or directly on a website?
Can you please share with us some further specifics? Where are you seeing this at? Have you recently modified or changed your TV subscription, E.g. Fibe Tv > Fibe TV App, etc.? If so, have you closed the app & restarted it?
Did you recently deactivate & return a receiver to Bell?
Is the option to Deactivate/Remove a receiver not visible at all, or greyed out? Can you share a picture of what you do see (be sure to hide any personal information) so we can take a closer look too.
Let us know & we will do our best to assist.

Tried accessing on a laptop https://mybell.bell.ca/TV/MyEquipment/?AcctN
also on my Iphone using the the www.bell.ca link.
No recently modified or changes to my TV subscription.
Did not recently deactivate & return a receiver to Bell?
The option to Deactivate/Remove a receiver is not visible at all !

Good Day.
This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records.
I can only offer up two plausible explanations. Do you own both of these satellite receivers and / or if you do not own these receivers, have you rented these receivers for 60 consecutive months?
If you rent your receiver without default for 60 consecutive months, you may continue to use it at no charge for as long as you are a Bell TV customer. The receiver remains Bell’s property. You may terminate your rental at any time provided you return the receiver (early termination fees on programming may apply). Receivers may be new or refurbished at Bell’s choice. You should be able to see where you are at in terms of the number of months you have rented in the 60 continuous months. After the 60 months, the rental charge for that specific piece of equipment will be automatically removed from your bill.

After trying on App and online and just getting errors, I called Bell the last two days, and they can't even deactivate or remove my sat receivers from my account. I have two receivers that have died, and need to activate others.
This is a real joke that CSR's are using exactly what we are as customers. Now apparently a TICKET has been issued.
Never an issue to collect payment though. I am so ready to just cancel my service all together, as calling CS is like talking to robots who are reading out of a book Satellite For Dummies

So after posting this it now seems we are kind of back to the beginning again . I can log into my account , and see the deactivate and remove receiver options , however when trying to use them they all say " can not deactivate > Can not remove receiver at this time contact bell for support . Been like this for a few weeks now for sure and was hoping if I waited a few weeks they might get it fixed ! SO HERE WE GO AGAIN :>(
