Hello,
Almost everyday, I have to restart my receiver in order to get an image. I tried another receiver of the same model (I have 3 in my home) and I have the same issue. I think the problem is the combination of my TV and the receiver since I don't have the issue with my other older TVs.
TV is QN85QN90BAFXZC
Any one else has this issue?

Good Day.
You mentioned a number troubleshooting steps that you have taken thus far & all of them lead me to believe the issue might well be with a TV setting.
- You have interchanged receivers with no improvement or change.
- There are no issues with the two other TV's when you interchange receivers.
- Your Samsung TV QN85QN90BAFXZC has no picture every day when you turn it on.
- You are restarting the receiver to view a picture.
Please check the following settings on your TV.:
Go to your TV > All settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option > Toggle off: Start with Smart Hub Home > Toggle on: Autorun Last App. This will load your Fibe TV receiver instantly when starting up.
Note: Whenever you start your Samsung Smart TV, this will turn on to the source you had it on before turning off. This can vary if you are accessing more than one source & the last source was not your Fibe TV receiver.
Also check out your:
- Power and Energy Savings setting > Verify your Auto Power Savings & Power Off
- External Device Manager >Select Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)
Take care.
