Hi there,
My son recently purchased a gaming laptop and has started uploading gameplay videos to Youtube. The problem is when he's uploading and I'm trying to watch things on playback, the picture constantly lags or freezes. Has anybody else had this problem? If you have, what did you do to remedy the problem?
Your help is most appreciated.

Tell him to throttle the uploads. Cause when he’s uploading at full speed, devices connected with the same Internet modem cannot send out requests at a normal pace, thus the whatever servers you wanna access cannot send data back.

Hi there @jdoxtater
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share which television service you subscribe to (Fibe TV or Fibe TV app) and how are you accessing it (receiver model, Streamer, Firestick, etc..)?
Can you share what internet package and modem do you have?
Looking forward to hearing back.
