When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

I'm only experiencing the program guide problem on 2 of my 6 receiver's. I have two 6400 receiver's doing it.

I'm experiencing it on all my receivers. I'm supposed to get a call back ... So we'll see. Anybody figure out a fix??

been having the same problem for the last three days. The time on the top of the clock on the guide is proper. The guide is off by an hour. What is the problem? Does anybody know I’ve reset the unit three times doesn’t work won’t make a difference

I think Satellite TV may go the way of the Dodo bird. Streaming seems the way to go. Price of the satellite service is getting out of reach.

I have a 9400 which it is effecting, my 9500 is working correctly so far. I see allot of people have complained already so I will monitor to see if it gets fixed. Thanks for the updates

It's now 5:30 pm EST in Ontario. This is issue has been going on for me since yesterday and is still the same as we speak. I've also tried all of the reset options available including a master reset but it continues. If it's still this way tomorrow, I'll be calling tech. I'm sure they are working on it as many people are having this issue.

absolutely right ,, the issue is totally in Bell's hands. Nothing wrong with your pvr. It was working on friday then boom it didn't. Nothing done wrong by any of us. Totally a Bell issue and its a weekend so short on staff ?

THIS TIME LAST YEAR BELL DID AND IT TOOK ABOUT 6 MONTHS FOR A FORCED UPDATE TOO WORK. THEY ARE SOING IT ON PURPOSE TO SWITCH US TO FIBE.

One thing I did notice ... In the point dish section. There's no nimiq 82 now , only 91 .

TV guide is incorrect, time is an hour ahead so I cannot select a show at current time. I understand Bell is aware of this?
