When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

My channel guide is showing shows 30 minutes ahead. I can't see what is showing right now. How do I fix that?

Well said. Had to make 3 calls to find out when I was going to receive a new smart card.

Apparently they know about it and they are fixing it. It may take a day or two like last time.

This just started. I have checked the switch which eventually updates the guide and its the correct time for a few.minutes then reverts to 1 hour ahead. This will effect my PVR recording. Has anyone got a fix from Bell

I can assure you that this will not affect any PVR recording.i have been monitoring my program recordings for the last three hours. Everything recorded properly on my 9500.

I am having the same problem. i hope the 'outage' answer is the correct one. Both of my 9400 receivers are one hour ahead so it must be a system issue.

Please see the helpful reply with the green check mark. As frustrating as this issue is, you can still change channels manually. Your PVR recordings will all occur at the proper time. The fix will take time, apparently. No need to call Bell unless you really must.

Thanks for your question. There is no user fix for this issue. It has been reported . Bell is working on it. Please see the helpful reply with the green check mark in this thread for more information.

I too have a guide that is showing the time and programming as being 1 hour later than it actually is. Can't use guide to select shows because it tries to set up a timer instead of changing channels. So it knows the right time. Have to arrow up and down to change channels. I'm Ontario with Nova Scotia time.

You would think Bell would let their customers know about a system error like this. Would save a lot of phone calls to the agents
