I have an odd issue going on with my 9241 HD PVR receiver. When a channel is currently recording and I go to a different channel I instantly get greeted with the loss of signal screen(Attention 015). I've waited atleast 15 minutes but the satelite signal never seems to recover. With the receiver still on the "Attention 015" screen the satelite scans all Transponders but the "Progress" at the bottom stays at "0 of 5". It never counts "1 of 5", "2 of 5", etc.. Here is the odd thing, when I stop the recording the satelite comes back instantly and I can watch again and change the channel.
There is another odd thing going on with this receiver that I discovered later in evening. The 9241 is a Dual Tuner PVR receiver which means it can record two channels at the same time or record one channel while watching a different channel. When I am recording one channel and try to record a second channel I get greeted with the screen "Error 324 - Recording in Progress".
I have a feeling this receiver is on it's last life.
Both of these issues started the day of this posting(July 31, 2023).

Replaced the Power Inserter and Transformer(as its call aka the power brick) and everything seems to be working, for now.
