I have the channel 405 sportsnet ontario constantly troublesome picture freezes and sound cutting in and out most times is unwatchable and if it's OK to watch the sound is too bad to listen to this just started in the last week

Not sure what I did today but I fixed the issue while resetting I checked all the cords also reset smart tv and replace a suspect electrical cord and recoonected everything and made sure no kinks or loose connections didnt seem like any real issue but when I turn everything back on 405 channel was perfect. usually if there was a problem it doesnt just effect one station.

Good Day.
In order to assist you further, can you please elaborate on your problem by providing additional details?
- Which TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV.
- Are you experiencing this issue all of the time on channel 405
- Which device are using to view this channel?
- Do you experience this issue on any other channels?
- If you are on Satellite TV, have you checked your connections? Dish alignment? Snow or ice build up?
- Have you checked that your cords & cables are fully seated at the TV & at the receiver?
- Do you have any Error Codes or messages on your tv screen? Have you rebooted your receiver by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds & plugging it back in?
If you are on Satellite TV & nothing has changed with your picture & sound coming & going & you have no Error Codes, then I would do a receiver reset:
- If you can’t see any picture on your TV or it is blank & then returns, reset your receiver by pressing and holding the POWER button for 5 seconds.
- On your Satellite TV remote, press MENU.
- Scroll to and select System Setup.
- Scroll to and select Factory Defaults.
- Read the warning and select Yes.
You can also try removing all of the cables on your receiver. Remove ALL inputs. Run Check Switch. It will fail. Then reconnect all of your cables & try running the Check Switch once again.

I have Bell Satellite tv and the issue is alot of picture distortion followed by audio cutting in and out. This happens every day on a on and off basis to a point at most times is unwatchable or to listen to. After checking every channel theres is no other channel except the 405. I have checked connection to tv except at satelite dish. no snow or other issue outside. I have tried a reset and even tried reinserting card for freshdownload to no success.. The picture is a distotion and sometimes freezes where i have to reset but problem still remains it doesnt always freezes but seems like when picture distorts thats when the sound cuts in and out.

I have used the internet to get the exact channel with no problems. other time I watch the satelite 405 muted while listening to the fan 590 radio online.

Are you still experiencing the same problems?
If you are on Satellite TV & nothing has changed with your picture & sound coming & going & you have no Error Codes, then I would do a receiver reset:
