Can't subscribe to Crave "You’re Subscribed Through a Provider"

I have an existing crave account that I pay for.  I would like to watch it on my tv but every time I go to the channel I have to sign up and get charged.  I don’t want to do that.  How do I link an existing Crave account just to watch on Bell fibre.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
By subscribing directly through Crave you will not have access to Crave content on your receiver or Fibe TV app On-Demand. @AlexS is correct that you will need to cancel the subscription directly through Crave and add it through your Bell programming (for access to the content through your receiver / Fibe TV app).

It sounds as though you have a subscription directly through Crave and not one with Bell.

You probably have to cancel the acct. and register a new one with Bell's TV services.

From within the Bell App I click on the button to subscribe to Crave. I get taken to another page which shows me the options. As soon as I choose an option I get this message:

"You’re Subscribed Through a Provider"

There’s an existing subscription associated with your account that you purchased through a provider. Please contact your provider to manage your plan."

I called Bell and they told me I don't have a subscription to Crave–which I already knew. Duh. They didn't know how to fix the problem.

Bell App? Which app are you referencing? MyBell, Fibe TV app, Crave TV, etc.

Have you ever subscribed to Crave TV before now? If so, would you have setup a previous account directly with Crave or by way of your Bell TV or mobility accounts? 
Have you tried to restart your device, & reinstall the MyBell app?

This is a a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account details. If you are looking to add Crave TV to your current Bell account, you should be able to do so by simply logging in to your MyBell account. Have you tried to subscribe by logging in to your MyBell account?
