Good Day.
Which receiver do you have? How old is it? Have you tried powering it off completely by unplugging it from the power source ? Wait 20 seconds. Plug it back in and it will reconnect to Bell. This will take 5-7 minutes to fully complete. Picture, sound & your receiver will update during this time.
If your problem continues, please contact Bell TV Tech support at: 1 866 797-8686
Take care.

When I try to set up a recording on our wireless PVR (VIP 2502) it just hangs when I select record. I get a message saying the PVR is busy please wait. I can't click anything to get out. The only thing I can do is unplug the PVR power. Any suggestions? We recently upgraded our wifi. Wondering if that is related. Any suggestions?
