Good Day.
In order to answer your question, can you please provide us with some further information.
- Which Bell TV package do you subscribe to?
- Which Bell TV service do you have? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App, or Satellite TV
- Have you logged in to your MyBell web account and confirmed that the A&E channel is included as part of your Bell TV channel package subscription?
If the A&E channel is not included as part of your existing package, this station can be added as an À la carte TV add-on channel on MyBell.
FYI Only. The A&E channel is included in the Bell TV: Good, Better, & Best packages. It is not included in the Bell Starter package. It is not included in the Fibe TV App: Basic & Premium packages.
Take care.

If you're missing channels on your Bell Satellite TV receiver, try:
-
Synchronize your programming: Sync your programming online. Simply follow the on-screen instructions or call 1 866 337-4617 to synchronize your programming by phone 24/7.
Note: Once you have completed the reactivation process, it takes an average of 15 minutes before you can view or record programming. In some cases, it may take up to two hours. While this is taking place, you may see an error message on your TV screen.
- Reset your receiver: On most models, simply hold the POWER button on the front of your receiver for 5 to 8 seconds and then allow it to reset the satellite sign
If after checking out the above suggestions and you are still unable to access the A&E channel, I would contact Bell Customer Service Tech Support. Bell Fibe TV: 1 866 797-8686 Bell Satellite TV: 1 888 759-3474
Take care.
