VIP7802 flashes green when TV is off

Hi. I have the new small fibe reciever.  It's working fine connected to my 2nd tv in the bedrm.  But when the tv is off it won't stop flashing green... + 5 days now since the install.  Its bothersome at night. What to do so it stops ?

We have 3 units...2 of them are solid green ...the third (our bedroom tv) always pulses green.  Another unexplainable Bell oddity!

Fibe TV service was upgraded this week. Since last night the receiver blinks slowly when the TV is off. What's wrong?
