I had to reboot my system and it kicked me out of all my subscriptions. When trying to sign in to Crave, the on screen keyboard does not give me lower case letters. For example, I go to "c" and press the letter, it gives me two options, a lower case "c" with a French accent or a capital "C". All I want is a lower case "c"!!!! If I go to the second letter that I want, an "l", it only gives me a capital "L". There is no way to bring up the lower case letter "l" that I want!!! BTW, I just spent 2 hours with tech support to try and program my remote to control my TV and sound bar to no success. They are sending me another remote and box so I guess I will have to reenter my subscriptions again. I am not impressed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community.
You should simply be able to select the up arrow button to switch between upper and lower case letters.
If you are still having trouble, please provide the Community with a bit more information; Are you subscribed to Crave with your Bell TV/Bell Mobility, or directly through Crave? Which TV receiver/remote do you have? Are using any third party equipment with your receiver (such as a Bluetooth keyboard) or are you using the Bell remote? Please share a photo of what you see when you bring up the on screen keyboard.

Well after this problem and the inability of 3 phone tech support people trying to make my TV/Sound bar work with the Bell cable box, Bell finally sent a tech on site. After two solid hours of tinkering and a change of cable box, he finally got things to work.
I was with Rogers for a short period and used their Ignite system. Night and day, their system is easy to use and does not have the same limitations (I can't get the Disney or Apple TV apps on the Bell cable box).
