WWE and Wrestlemania 40

Why isn't Bell able to show all WWE pay per views on demand.  Like all the old Wrestlemanias or even Wrestlemania 40 that happened in April.  It only allows to show Mania 1, 3 38 and 39.  Very disappointing

While I understand your disappointment, non-availability of a specific program is usually related to licensing issues with the show’s viewing rights holder. Not every show is available all the time or forever.

You will need to raise that question with WWE. I suspect it has to do with the WWE being the owner & having exclusive rights to showing specific events to a private audience. There are any number of other suppliers that are competing for the exclusvie PPV rights to sporting events such a this. E.g Netflix, etc.
