Guide 9400
Just started recently, if i am on the guide and the record light it is on and it it recording a show, if i try to scroll on the guide and select a program to watch it takes me to timers wont let me select a show. No i am just recording one program. I have to leave the guide, remember the the channel I want to watch and select it that way to watch and it works. Anyone else have this issue. Before i could be on the guide as long as I was only recording one program I could select and show and go to it.

Hey there @Nash211
Thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
Are you trying to select the show that is in the process of being recorded or a show from a different station? Can you share a photo of what you see? Also, does this happen on any other receiver in your home?
To start, we recommend rebooting your equipment. Just press and hold the power button on your receiver until it reboots.
Let us know if you are still having trouble.

The reboot corrected the problem, but this has happened before and I did a reboot then. So kinda of a returning problem. Will just see how long it lasts this time. The recording light was on and when i selected a channel to watch on the guide, not the channel that was recording it took me to the set timer page. I went out from the guide entered the channel manually, channel came in. Did the reset now and everything working again.
Thanks
