Where is channel 1623?

I have been watching channel 1623 ever since I got the phone/internet package in October and now it’s gone. I want it back and would like an explanation for why it was arbitrarily taken away. The package isn’t the best to begin with as I don’t watch Sports nor do I speak French so I find a channel to watch and you remove it. I have had the worst experience with Bell and am wondering if it’s worth the hassle.

Thank you for your question. I believe 1623 is BBC First. I enjoy it, as well. It may have been in free preview. You will have to contact Bell to add it to your package on either Fibe TV or Satellite TV.
