where is the search button for the TV guide either shows or actors, on this new voice remote control. Also, my info button only takes me back and doesn’t show info. Can anyone help?

Good day.
Other than selecting a specific functional button on the remote, your only search option is to use the Google Voice Assistant in order to do a search. I have included the following pdf guide for your reference.
Page 3 of the Fibe TV box pdf guide will explain each button function.

It’s the one between “vol” & “ch” buttons. The info button works when you are playing a program at the moment. Can’t understand wdym by “takes me back” though.

Hi there @Lee
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
When you hit the Info button, are you on the guide or watching a live program when this occurs and it brings you back to the PVR?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi, it happens when I’m on the tv page or tv guide. I thought that if I was on the guide and pressed info it take me to search. But I can only get there if I’m watching something.

Forgot to get back sooner, but now I can recall that if the cursor lands on a cursor and I press the info button, actually it works. Have you tried to reinsert the batteries? Occasionally my old slim Bluetooth remote’s info button doesn’t work, and this could solve the button dysfunction.

Is there any way to search the guide for a TV show on the bell fibe box (arris) with the voice remote but not using the assistant??? There's too much talking on the room as well as an accent it can't understand. Is there no search button???!!!!

I'm using the search function on my Bell Fibe wireless receiver to search for certain Christmas specials so my kids can watch them (i.e. Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer; Frosty, etc.). The problem is it doesn't return any results from the Fibe TV guide, only options to buy the show from Apple or Amazon. However, I looked at the NBC and CBC television schedules on their respective websites for the scheduled air dates, and sure enough, if I look ahead to those dates in the Fibe TV guide, the programs are there. Why aren't they being returned in the search?

I should add, this problem only occurs when searching using the wireless receiver interface. If I use the Fibe TV app, it finds the shows.

Thanks, but that's not an answer to my question. I know how to use the search, the problem is the search is not returning the results it should be returning.
