With the old Fibe I had set up a number of TV series to record every week. There was an alphabetical listing of these shows where I could review my record settings. I cannot find such a list on the new Fibe in order to see which shows I currently have setup to record.

Good Day.

Recording a series

  1. To adjust recording settings, press the Home button to open up the main menu.
  2. Scroll to Recordings.
  3. Select the series you want to adjust the settings for.
  4. Scroll to Record Series.

Viewing recordings

  1. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Recordings, or press the PVR button on your remote.
  2. You can filter the view based on date, title, scheduled and series.

I would like to know this too. I would like to see if shows that are in hiatus are still set to tape. I really don't like this cloud thing - everything stops when you press a single button

Hi @Canadianwanda , I’m with you. I’m not liking the cloud. There is a lot of hesitation when trying to access programs and sometimes I lose the connection to Bell Fibe all together.

I also want a way to find out if series on hiatus are still set to tape. It was very easy to do when we had the old PVR.

Is there anyone out there who can help us with this.

Good day @WelshTerrier,

Thank you for sending the info. I had already reviewed it when you sent it another time but it does not answer my question.

My issue is that I had setup a number of tv series to record regularly on my old pvr. My pvr showed me an actual listing of all these series in one place (even if the series wasn’t presently on the channel lineups - on hiatus) There is nowhere on Fibe Cloud that I can find such a listing. Most of these series are currently on hiatus so don’t show up anywhere on the new Cloud service.

I hope this explanation helps you with my questions. Thanks!

Take care.

The VIP 7802 Fibe box - Fibe Cloud PVR does not opearate the same as your previous Bell VIP 5662W PVR.

You mentioned that your previous PVR was replaced. Your previous PVR, would store shows & series scheduled & maintain this information after completion. When it was replaced, everything would have been lost. Expired series & program schedules were maintained for future editing & rescheduling.

Your replacement VIP 7802 Fibe Box, will store  a maximum of 320 hrs of recordings on the Cloud for 60 days. Once you reach 320 hours, your recordings will start to be deleted, beginning with the oldest.

In order to store programs & series, they must  be scheduled before hand. If they are not scheduled to record, there will be nothing for you to view. & nothing to store on the Fibe Cloud PVR.

Before you are able to view any scheduled series, program etc.; they must be available to record on a channel, date, time, etc. You can not view a scheduled recording that has not been set up before hand. It no longer exists on the Fibe TV box.

I do not believe the above answers the question. In the past if we set up shows to record there was a way to look at the whole list of shows to verify when they start to broadcast again they are in the list and will record.

I can only find a list for the next week's schedule and nothing beyond that. There was a full list of everything scheduled. We have 20 shows scheduled on the new box but can ot find a full list of these programs that were scheduled.

Is there still a way to look at full list?

I have the same question. I know that there must be a list somewhere because, now that the new season has started, my shows are starting to be recorded.

I deleted a recorded show and now I have no access to the recording information for that series.

Hey there @Spinns

Welcome to the Bell Community.

To view upcoming recordings for the next 14 days simply select the Scheduled button at the top of the recordings screen. For more information take a look at Where are my recordings and how do I set them?Opens in a new tab or window

Let us know if you have any more questions.

Thank you for your response @BellPatricia.

It seems that the answer to the question posed by @Pearlgate@Lrs, and myself is that it is not possible to see a listing of the shows that are set up to record when a show begins its new season. We know that such a list exists because, if we have set up a series recording, the shows will be recorded when the new season starts. I guess that we all think that it should be possible to see this list and we would like someone to look into making it available.

Thank you.

P.S. There is no need to reply with instructions on how to set up a recording.

I miss the old PVR that saved the list of all programs that you always record. I don't think there is a way to do it on the Google platform. If there is I would love to know how.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Yes, you are correct. There is no previously saved list maintained on the Fibe TV box.

The VIP 7802 Fibe TV box - Cloud PVR does not operate the same as your previous Bell PVR.

In order to store programs & series, they must be scheduled before hand. If they are not scheduled to record, there will be nothing for you to view & nothing to store on the Fibe TV Cloud PVR.

Fibe TV  FAQs : Where are my recordings and how do I set them?

Before you are able to view any scheduled series, program etc.; they must be available to record on a channel, date, time, etc. You cannot view a scheduled recording that has not been set up beforehand. It no longer exists on the Fibe TV box.
