Good Day.
Thank you for posting your question.
Before replying to your question, I followed up last evening and again this morning to see if I could replicate your issue with: "white dots on the right side of screen on Sportsnet 4K." There were no visible white dots that could be seen. The picture was sharp and clear. Images were vivid and detailed.
The white dots on a channel, E.g. Sportsnet 4K 1395, feed are likely a signal or encoding issue that is coming from the broadcaster, rather than a problem with your TV. It can also be a display artifact caused by refresh rate lag or other settings, especially with high contrast 4K content.
Have you tried to do any troubleshooting? Have you tried changing channels to see if this issue is the same on other non 4K channels. Has this been a recurring issue?
- Is this issue only on the Sportsnet 4K 1395 channel? Are you experiencing this same problem on Sportsnet ONE 4K 1396 & on TSN 4K channel 1399?
- Have you tried to do a full power off / on with your receiver & TV?
- Have you verified your video setting?
- Please check your HMDI cable and ensure it is seated properly. If need be, switch out this cable to see if this makes a difference.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.
Take care.

Hi Thanks for replying to my issue. It only seems to happen on 1395 Sportsnet 4K. The other Sportsnet 4K channel seems to be good. Also the TSN 4K channels are good too. So I’m thinking it’s on Bells or the broadcaster end. I’m hardwired on that tv and have plenty of speed. I have tried different HDMI cables and no change. I have a few OLED tvs and it’s doing it on them also. So it must be on there end. Thanks

Hey there @Roush Stage 3
Welcome to the Bell community and thank you for reaching out 🙂
Is this still happening? If so, can you please clarify if you notice the white dots during a specific program or is it happening all of the time?
Hope to hear from you soon,

Hi yes it seems to happen on 1395 Sportsnet 4K. Don’t know why. Very frustrating though. Especially just switching to bell.

Hey @Roush Stage 3,
Thanks for your reply.
We do want to look into this further. Can you share a photo of what you see? Also, please clarify if this is happening all of the time on channel 1395, or at a certain time/during a certain program.
