I recently reviewed my legacy Bell Fibe TV Service with a Bell Loyalty representative as I was looking to have the Voice Remote capability. They advised that if I upgrade to a 4K PVR, then went to a Bell store to purchase a Voice Remote ($30), I'd be in business. The 4K PVR (VIP5662) arrived yesterday and was "self-installed". This model appears to have a 1TB HD (vs Streamer); therefore, I suspect a Voice Remote would not be able to pair with the VIP5662. This PVR came with a Slim bluetooth remote.

Hi there @112, thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community.
You're right. The Bluetooth Slim remote is only compatible with the 4K receiver (5662) while the Voice Remote works with the Fibe TV Box (7802).
