how do i delete partially watched on demand shows

Good day.

The VIP7802 does not have an option to selectively choose which partial watched On Demand program to selectively delete. It will delete all history only.

The VIP 5662W will not allow you to delete all On Demand history at once. You must manually select & delete each demand program one at a time. If you wish to delete all, you can not.

So you may ask: "Which is better? Why not have both options? It is not built in to the software for either receiver.

We delete our history when the program is completed, partially completed, or we find it of little interest, etc. We find it easier to manage this way.

Good Day.

Can you please provide further details? Which device are you using? Receiver, device, app,etc. How are you accessing On Demand programming?

When you access On Demand, scroll down & select settings . Choose Manage History. This will show any items viewed. Select the episodes  or shows you wish to delete. Follow the onscreen prompts to exit.

I have the Giga Hub with Wi-Fi 6E and using the Fibe TV box with one Voice Remote ,I use the on-demand menu from the tv home page ,if you don't watch the complete program ,it stores it for you, in the continue watching page also on the home page .So I want to delete a on demand show without having to watch it to its end ,How  do I this There is no delete or cancel option .

Ok I did go to settings and then to the History tab ,but it clears all partially watched programs ,is there a way to pick the program you want to delete without deleting all part programs ?
