Connected to my Home Wi-Fi Fibe TV app error: Program can only be watched at home while connected to Wi-Fi

On the Fibe app program guide, there are programs with the house icon in the corner that say they can only be watched at home while connected to wi-fi, and I’m unable to watch them. But I am at home on wi-fi and without a VPN. Why would I be restricted from these?

Well due to the number of people who have reported the same problem going back to Feb 2024, at least in this thread, and not getting any solution, I guess I will have to accept this the norm. The fault obviously originates from Fibe TV, since any other App has no problem playing these channels. I do have a way around the problem which is to simply bring up any Detroit channel on my phone, then CAST it to the TV.

I'll have you know that after a week of subscribing to Bell Fibe and encountering this problem, I  just got off the phone with a technician and after walking me through it all and fixing problems on Bell's end, I now have all the channels able to watch live!!! So it was on Bell's end but only because of a mix up with some account issues. Too long to explain. Thanks.

My 4 US network stations are stating that

"This content is only available to watch while at home and connected to your aBell Wi-Fi"

I reset the modem and the connection and it still says this.please help
