Bill Notification - Not receiving notification that my Bell bills (cellular, and one bill) are due?

Its frustrating that I no longer receive notification about bills being due.  Has the process changed? I shouldn't have to go digging to find out this information.  I really hope this service is no longer available so Bell can charge extra late fee charges.

I remember those punch card bills. The envelope you used to mail the payment back may also have been postage paid.

I do monitor payments.  But the bill is not always online yet at the time the transaction goes through my bank.  So I have to sign in multiple days to see if the bill is there yet.  It may not be a necessity, but it was nice to have the email notification that the bill was ready so I wouldn't sign in for nothing.

I just posted about not receiving email notification of my bill being ready,  Five minutes later I have just received a notification email. The payment transaction went through yesterday.  So perhaps the new process is to send notification a day later?

Bell also sends an email notification after they receive and post your payment, confirming it's been applied to your account.

Auto payment occurred June 4, yet the mail advising me that my bill is ready was sent June 6.  This makes no sense. How can this be corrected so that I get the email notification first?

It's possible this was a billing notification delay. Does this happen every month or was this the first time?
Was your bill present in your MyBell account before you received the email?

This was my First time as I changed the payment method last month and no my bill was not present in my account. I was actually surprised to see that the payment t9 my credit card was posted before seeing the bill.  I made a note in my calendar to see if I see the bill next month before payment is posted. I do want this corrected.
