I keep getting disconnected and a message on my home phone saying check telephone line and have done several virtual repairs and it works for a bit then gets disconnected and also I will also get a call and it says private number calling and when I answer the phone there is no one on the line and then it will say check phone line when I hang up. When I pick up the phone there is noise and no dial tone.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Please provide us with a bit more information & detail? Have you checked for dial tone by plugging a telephone in to the back of your modem in the telephone jack outlet? If not please do so &, if possible, use a different phone to see if the issue persists.
Have a look at these suggestions: My Bell Home phone is not working : Before you begin
If there is no dial tone at the modem, have you tried running the Virtual repair tool in the section called 'Before you begin'?
Any error messages on your modem?
If you still do not have dial tone at the modem, then you will need to call Bell Tech support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device. They will need to do further testing in order to determine the cause of your home phone issue.
Keep us up to date on your progress.
Take care.
