Home phone when dialed receives message to key in 10 digit mailing address. I do not know what this is

Does this message occur when anyone tries to call your home phone number; or, are you trying to access your voice mail remotely?
It sounds like you are being prompted to enter the voice mail password. Normally the default password is your 10 digit phone number.

Your 10 digit number is your country code ( US/ Canada is “1”) , your area code (3digits) and your 6 digit number. Total is 10 digits.

Does anybody know what the temporary password is for setting up the voicemail with Fibe internet?
