Hi,
When I log into my landline bell voicemail I get something called last mailbox access that I can’t get rid of. I have to get past this before I call listen to new messages. I don’t remember activating this but it is annoying. Any suggestions?
Cheers, zevgoli

Hi there @Zevgoli
We'd recommend going into your personal options via your voicemail (dial star *98, enter your password when prompted and press 4 for the personal options) and listen for the 'security' option (I believe it is option 6). For the security option, you'll want to turn it off.
Looking forward to hearing back how that goes.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Have you viewed the following Bell Call Answer article? Have you cleared your previous messages? Verfied your setup , greeeting & options?
How to use Call Answer on my Bell Home phone : What is Call Answer?
If you are still experiencing issues after reviewing my earlier suggestions, then you will need to contact Bell Customer Service Home phone to have them reset your Call Answer. Call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.
Take care.

Hi,
Thanks for replying. I did a search online for this topic and only came up with one mention and that was for Virgin cell phone voicemail. The solution in that respect did not work with Bell landline voicemail. The link you sent on setting up voicemail I have seen already and nothing there was of any help. Nothing pertains to last message access. The only options after hearing the message is one to replay it, two to record a new message and nine to actually go into voicemail. I’m going to have to have Bell reset the voicemail. Thanks for your suggestions.

Hi there @Zevgoli
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to clarify what you mean by '"log in"? How are you accessing your landline voicemail?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi,
I do star 98 and then log in with my password. This works fine. At this point is where I get last message access with three options. If I press nine I get to the point where I can listen to messages. I want to get rid of the last message access and go straight to new messages.
