Auto DISCONNECT when downloading transactions from Bank

Hi, I have a Bell modem 1000. I download my transactions from my bank to Quicken, but recently  when I click to  download, the internet connection is reset and when I click on site info (the "lock" in address bar on top, it shows an info icon that tells me that the bank's  connection is not secure. (  reason why it's disconnected) .I have been in contact with the bank's help for a week now but the downloading issue still remains. The bank tells me to  CONTACT BELL REGARDING THIS ISSUE as it is not theirs.    If  someone can help me, I'd appreciate that very much.

Thank you for your reply @JuEm.
Are you still having trouble accessing the website?
If you are, can you please let us know if you connected via Wi-Fi, or Ethernet, and which modem you have? Also, are you using any third party equipment such as a router, or are you connected to a VPN?
We recommend that you test this using a different device/web browser to see if the same thing happens.

Hi there @JuEm,

Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for your post.

The Community needs more details in order to help.

Can you share which bank you are downloading transactions from, as well as a screen shot of info icon message you get?

Does your Internet connection disconnect on all devices, or is this just affecting the banks website?

We hope to hear from you soon.
