Bell Webmail is loading slowly

My email is really slow to load.  I have checked the speed of the internet etc..but that is not the problem. Is there an update for sympatico email?

Tech support performed a software fix.  Sorry I have no idea what the cause or fix were! Just know that the problem went away after several interactions with the moderator Nick and Patricia.
