I use the bell wifi app.
it appears that freezing a device indefinitely does not stick, if you check again after some time, you will see that its gone and device is back online.

Hi there @amirjawaid, thank you for your reply.
Can you clarify if this is affecting multiple devices or one in particular (also, what type of device is it)? Are you using any third party equipment in your set up like a router?
Please note, it is important to ensure that you are selecting the save option after you have schedule the internet freeze to ensure the changes take effect.
If you continue to have trouble try performing a factory reset of your modem. For a step by step check out How to reset my Home Hub 4000/Giga Hub modem to factory settings
Let us know how everything goes.

Hi there @amirjawaid
Welcome to the Bell Community and thanks for your post.
Which modem do you have and is the Bell Wi-Fi app up to date?
Do you notice this affect a specific device/user profile or all of the devices that you set to freeze indefinitely?
How long after the fact does the change appear to revert, and during that time was there any reboot of your system?
Can you try a factory reset of your modem and then let us know if everything works properly afterwards?
Hope to hear from you.

Hi,
I got the fiber internet a few months ago, my modem is probably the latest one you are offering. No matter what I do, i just cannot get the pause option to last, whether I do it indefinitely and set a timeout. Also during this time, there is no reboot or power cycle of the modem.
