I jus signed up with Bell about a week ago and downloaded the Bell Wifi app. However it will not allow me to login. I’m using same credentials as I use with MyBell APP which I can log into but no luck. Even tried to reset password (forgot password option) and I still can’t login and therefore not install a pod. What am I missing?

Hey there @boomer & @wilomgfx. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.
Are you still having trouble logging into the Bell Wi-Fi app?
Which device are you using, and does it have the most recent version installed? Have you tried accessing the app using the Easiest login method? It automatically logs in to the app when you are connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
If you do continue to have any trouble after trying out the suggestions in the helpful replies please let us know. Myself or @BellNick will reach out to you directly via private message so we can review further.
Keep us posted.

My issue with the Wi-Fi app has resolved. Here are the two things I did or found helpful.
1) Make sure the app on my smartphone is the most recent version (2.87.0) from the App Store (I'm in the Apple ecosystem). If using the Android ecosystem, confirm this with Google Play or update.
2) Sign in using the exact same log in credentials used to sign into the Bell web page to post here. In my case changing my password (not the modem password or the e-mail password) but my Bell account password had to be done. This allowed me to sign in.
You actually have three passwords with Bell, and they should not be identical. Your modem password is set in your modem. It allows access to the modem menu.
Your e-mail password allows you to access your e-mail and is connected to your e-mail address.
Your account name and password allow you to access your Bell account web page to make changes to your service or manage services. These are the account and password credentials which are used for the pod app. These credentials are also used in the My Bell billing app. This can be changed to facial recognition in the My Bell app.
I am now able to sign in on the Bell Wi-Fi app and view my pods as well as signal quality. I can also use the My Bell app to view my account.
Finally, you can sign in on multiple devices at one time. I am not sure that is a good thing security-wise, but it's possible.

I went on Bell live chat from myBell app and it appears, as it was the first time I was trying to log in, a configuration was required by a Bell agent before I could log in. Problem solved

I'm having the same issue. I can log in just fine to my bell account, but the login in the Bell WiFi App says invalid password.
I'm thinking it's because of my password, probably has a character it does not like...

An extreme solution is to delete the app, reboot your smartphone, reinstall the app and then attempt to sign in with your appropriate credentials (not your modem password nor your e-mail credentials or your b1 account credentials)

Have you tried this? http://192.168.2.1/index.html?c=dashboard
It should be the same thing and has full functionality when you visit the desktop version of the portal. Personally I never use the wifi app.

I encounter the similar issue. Got my Bell services installed this week. I am unable
login to the mybell wifi app although i can login to the web portal and also the MyBell app.
One of the reson to switch to Bell is the Wifi app and it is not a very good start with Bell Servies

You mention that you can not login to the MyBell Wi-Fi App?
Bell has two apps. There is MyBell and Bell Wi-Fi. I will assume that you are having issues with the Bell Wi-Fi app on your mobile device.
Can you share with us what device you are trying to use the Bell Wi-Fi app on?
- When you log in to MyBell with a web browser, can you see all of your service listed on the home page?
- Have you linked all of your Bell services on MyBell? E.g. Fibe TV, Internet, Mobility, Home phone
- Are you logging in to Bell Wi-Fi app with same credentials that you use for MyBell?
- Is the MyBell app working on your device?
- Are all of your apps up to date?
- Is your device iOS or OS current & up to date?
- Have you rebooted / powered down your device completely?
- Have you checked device requirements & compatibility for using the Bell Wi-Fi app?
Requirements
The Bell Wi-Fi app requires Apple iOS 14 or higher, or Android OS 7 or higher. The MyBell app requires Apple iOS 11 or Android OS 5.0 or higher
Please update the Bell Community Forum on your progress.

Great…. That is what I like to hear. In most cases it is something simple, like reboot, remove & reinstall app, incorrect login, accounts linked, etc.

The ONLY solution that worked for me was to try logging into the Bell Wi-Fi app using mobile data with my phone's Wi-Fi turned off
