Bell Wifi App and 2 Internet accounts

Every time I try and log into the Bell Wifi app using the "Best" method, I log in and then it prompts me to choose which ID account I wish to access (B1 accounts). (I have two internet accounts with Bell for two locations). One account works, the other is not my account and when I click it it says that the account is not valid and to call Bell. I have spoken to 4 bell reps who cannot help me. I have deleted the app, re-installed the app. They have deleted my accounts and re-installed my accounts but it still does not work. I can see the two correct accounts when I log in on a desktop, but not the app. I cannot manage my home account at all because of this. Can anyone help?

HI there @Gabby
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
When you see the error saying the account is not valid, which account are you choosing (your home, the other location or both)? If it only shows the error for the other location, what happens when you select the account for your home, do you receive the same error message?
Looking forward to hearing back.

I receive the error for an ID account B1 account that does not exist. It is not associated with our account. I've spoke to many bell reps who confirm the account does not exist. The one I can choose and manage is the other location. So I cannot access our home internet account to manage it.

@Gabby @BellNick Any follow up on this? Same thing on my account. Someone I do not know has an account linked to mine. I am able to see their name, postal code, account number, email address. Major privacy concerns if Bell is aware of this issue for a year and it continues.

Hi @BellNick , I am also having an issue with the Bell Wifi application.  I have two separate bell wifi accounts at two different properties (two B1 accounts, one Fibe and one LTE wireless home internet).  I see references in this thread to somehow being able to select when logging into the Wifi app and I have tried selecting Fibe as well as wireless home internet and both just show me my Fibe internet.  I am hoping there is a way to see both or get this working so I can select and see my LTE wireless account.  Note, both accounts are visible and ok within the MyBell app, just not the wifi app
