I have an email account (sympatico.ca) under previous Bell account. The ex has taken over that Bell account. I have a new Bell account. How can I get the sympatico.ca account from my old Bell account put under my new Bell account?

Hi there @Sphyrna,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
If you previously cancelled an account that was active at a different location, any Bell email addresses associated with that account would have been closed and cannot be reactivated.
Please let the Community know if you have any other questions.

I have an active internet account and 4 Bell Email addresses associated with it. I wish to transfer all 4 Email addresses to a another active internet account (this account is owned by my wife). I have spoken with at least 6 customer service representatives and 2 tech representatives and have not had any luck. I went into the Bell Store in Burlington Ontario and was given a number to call 310-7873, however, when I called they did not seem to know what I was trying to do. Can you send a contact number for someone who is familiar with the process of transferring existing Email addresses from one internet account to another. I have a pending cancelation in a few days and do not want to lose my 4 Email addresses.
Thankyou

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
This is a peer-to-peer community web site. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing details.
This is something that cannot be completed on the Bell Community Forum. You will need to contact Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) If need be, you can request to speak to a manager.
It may be possible to request a transfer of your Bell email address to another active Internet account when you cancel. If the account that you wish to transfer your email address to is under someone else's name you will both need to give permission for the email transfer to be done.
There is no guarantee that the email addresses that you currently have, can be transferred in all cases.
Once an account is closed & there were email addresses associated with it, the email account cannot be activated. Any folders or emails left over in the closed account are deleted & cannot be recovered.
Take care.
