Bell wifi app does not allow me to login, giving the error message “Oops. Your account must be linked to your MyBell to login in to the app.” When I had called to have my wifi setup they specifically asked if I’d like it to be linked to my existing MyBell account so this should not be an issue. Issue occurring on updated IOS phone and apps; have tried multiple times and different days with the same outcome.

When you ordered your Fibe Internet service, your billing was combined as suggested. Your service account was set up & probably added to your existing account. This does not set up MyBell for all of your services.
In order to use the Wi-Fi app, you must link these services in MyBell. Once they are linked, you will be able to take advantage of the MyBell, One Bill & Wi-Fi app features.
Have you logged in to MyBell & verified that all of your services are listed there? E.g. TV, Internet, Mobility, Home phone, etc.. This is the first step in the process. If not, then you must do so before you can use the Wi-Fi app.
All of your services must be set up on the same MyBell account.
To add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobility, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will link these services / accounts in your current MyBell.
To do so, open any web browser & login to your MyBell account.
Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:
How to add another account to MyBell
Follow these steps for each of the services you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.

I’ve been able to access the app. Took a few days for my new internet service to show up in my bell. It was installed by bell and not a self install. All is well. Thanks for asking.

If I am not mistaken it might take up to 2 weeks for it to show up linked to your account.
In the mean time you can log directly into the modem to adjust settings:
Open your web browser and visit bell.ca/mymodem or 192.168.2.1.

I can log into the app but then it goes into a new installation process. My fibre internet is installed so I don’t want to complete this. It doesn’t give me the option of proceeding for an installed service. Thanks.

Hi there @AAR
Thank you for your post.
We just wanted to check in to see if you are still experiencing issues? If so, are you able to clarify what the app is asking you for installation process (is it the modem or WiFi pods)?
Have you tried following the installation steps?
Are you able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Looking forward to hearing back.

This does not work at all. Once I click on the link provided the system takes me to MyBell Profile where there is only mobility bill / service listed. THERE IS NO OPTION TO ADD ANOTHER SERVICE. When I go to add another bill with kink symbol, I am asked to enter my mobile number. After that I get the message that the bill was already added. There is no option to add another service.Kindly help

Hi there @Akhtar
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
If you are attempting to add an internet service to your MyBell profile, you would not use your mobile number. You will need to enter your internet account number.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

Hi everyone, when I enter my account number, the MyBell app says it can't recognize it. I'm using the one provided with my order confirmation. It is a combination of numbers and letters. Is that the right one? I don't have a "One Bill" account number because I haven't been billed yet.
