I try to install the Mcafee Internet security from bell from it will not allow me to.
I go to my account, and agree to the terms and conditions, I am given a serial number and then, when I enter it on the app, I get this message:
My internet is up and running and there are no server issues with mcafee. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community.
Can you clarify which Mac device you are using and the current firmware version installed? We recommend that you ensure your device is up to date, and also disable and remove any conflicting security software first.
Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If you are using Wi-Fi and continue to have trouble you can also try a direct Ethernet connection (if possible).
