My desktop pc with windows 10 will not connect wirelessly to the Giga hub. All other devices in the home see the network and connect. I have done everything I can without an internet connection, the original TPLink adapter connected to the DSL I previously had without problems.

Could you please provide some further details?
Which modem do you have? How many devices are connected to your modem? The three devices that will not connect, what are they? E.g. Manufacturer, cell, PC, speaker, model, etc. Are they up to date in terms of OS, iOS, apps, software, firmware, etc.? Have you done a complete power off & on of these devices?
What do you see when you try to connect? Signal strenght? Any obstructions or barriers? Walls, floors, distance, etc.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Why is it that connecting to the wifi is so difficult. Never had this issue with the other company and they were much better. Always working, very fast. But BELL is not what I was told it would be. Faster, better with no issues. So tell me what is wrong. Why can’t my computers connect to the wifi and they can only connect to the stupid slow extender we have for the camera that’s outside?!? Help me!!

Hi @jigger,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
The Community needs a bit more information in order to help.
Which modem do you have, and what is the make/model of your cell phone?
Can you see your Bell Network in the list of available connections on your mobile device? Do you get an error message when trying to connect?
We recommend following the steps below, and then let us know if you are still having trouble.
- Unplug the power cable of the modem from the electrical outlet.
- Wait 15 seconds and reconnect the modem's power supply.
- Wait 3-5 minutes for the sync/boot-up sequence to complete.

All the lights are on and white but I can’t connect by devices wirelessly to the internet. I internet by hardwire connection.
I tried rebooting the system, rebooted the modem to factory standards, etc, and Bell tech created a parallel network and still the same problem.
Any help?

Hi there @Jody1,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for reaching out.
What is the make and model of your laptop, and which modem do you have? Are you able to verify the Wi-Fi specs on your laptop as well?
A great first step that @ZaneP suggested is to reinstall/update the network drivers on your laptop.
We also recommend checking out the other tips in the thread above, and let the community know if you have any other questions.

Hey there @Carla1,
Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
What is the make/model of your laptop and Samsung phone? Can you see the Wi-Fi network on those devices at all, or do you get an error message when trying to connect?
There are some great suggestions posted above that may help you resolve this. Please check out the thread, and let the Community know how everything is going.

So I`ve been having this issue that all my windows computers and xbox can`t connect to the wired or wireless on the giga hub router but all my apple clients (iPhone iPad, iMac) and android devices connect no problem. I had a bell technician here 2 weeks ago and he spent 5 hours here even with his own windows laptop that didn't work and changed the gig hub three times and then told me I`m fed up I'm leaving they can fire me and I don`t care. So yeah th issue is still unresolved.
My home phone and tv work no problem.
Please help since I`m starting work in a week and I need internet on my office windows computer!!!
