Hi Colet,
Do you want your printer to be accessed remotely? From outside your local network?
A few years ago, I enabled remote printing on an HP printer on my network, using HP Smart. Worked fine.
There's a few reliable remote desktop apps like Anydesk, which I have also used.
But, as @WelshTerrier wrote, we need more info on what you're trying accomplish, along with some details on your setup.
Meantime, here's a useful how-to from How-to Geek .
Cheers,
ZaneP

Good Day.
Which printer are you using? How is your printer connected to your Internet? Wireless or Ethernet? Have you tried to restart your printer? Have you verified your printer is connected to the netwrok & is online?
Are you trying to Airprint from your iPhone or are you using a specific app such a HP Smart to print?
Is you printer compatible with either of the above methods?
Have you rebooted your iPhone? Have verified your apps & device are ip to date?
What is the make & model of your printer? Are you using a remote print app such HP Smart print? If so, have you tried printing a test page? Have you removed & reintalled the app?
Have you checked out the manufactures support web sites for assistance?
