Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Your Bell Internet user ID, which begins with "b1" (e.g., "b1xxxxxx"), can be found in your welcome kit, on your bill, or in your modem's settings. The default password is the modem's serial number, located on a sticker on the back of the modem. You can also find this information, including your Wi-Fi network name and password, on the modem's sticker.

The administrator password is required when accessing your modem's settings. In the modem settings you can view devices that are connected, and change the Wi-Fi name and password. By default, the password is either the serial number located on the sticker on the back of the modem or “admin”, depending on your modem, but you can set your own.
