Home Hub 3000 "i" Button Stuck

Good morning,

Our modem is effectively down and is in constant reboot/factory reset loops. It appears that the "i" button on the front has become defective and is stuck cycling on and off. I've wiped the button clean with a microfibre cloth which does not help. Unplugging or push/holding the reset button is not helping. Your help is much appreciated.
