Good Day.
Bell no longer offers any free email accounts. If you require a free email account you will need to obtain one from another email account supplier such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc.
When you select Manage your Bell email addresses, you can only change the password or delete the the email address. You can not add an additional email address.
If you already have an email account you can Login to MyBell > Scroll down under your login name to > My Profile & select. On this page you will see Profile information. From here you can enter your personal information such as your MyBell name, Contact email, etc.
Take care.

Ah, that explains it. I never used it, but it would be nice if that was added to the Bell e-mail FAQ and the Mybell page, for future reference.

I have never set up a Bell email account and don't know how. Bell's bot advised to to log in with my Bell email address to make changes but I have never set it up. I have been a Bell customer for years and want to retire my old yahoo email address

At some point in time I was able to add multiple accounts (sympatico.ca and bell.net) to the Bell webmail process. I want to add another bell.net account. Is there a limit to the number of accounts? I have scanned the internet and Bell community support. I have come across either old invalid or inaccurate information on adding an account Many instruction suggest clicking the icon next to the current ID. I do not see that. Settings does not have a link ID option. Not sure if there is a bigger problem. The options do not work for me. If I click on the more, nothing happens. The accounts are all listed under MYBELL, Internet, manage email accounts.
I have one account that is giving me a big problem -- JUNK, SPAM, PHISING etc. I am able to block this type of junk on my webmail accounts. I generally use Thunderbird for my email communications. I have not found the "filter" that blocks the junk from getting into my inbox.
The use of email and webmail is confusing. The AI generated instructions, that I have looked at all tell me to log into MyBell email? Where is that?
When I am logged into webmail, I cannot find any "add an account" or "link email address" as mentioned. I am frustrated with the support information or lack of valid instructions out there in the bits world.. Is there a newer version of Bell webmail that I need to be using?
Thanks for reading. I continue looking for a solution.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum
The Bell Community is a place for you to ask questions, find answers and share your thoughts on products and services with other Bell customers like you. This is a true peer-to-peer community. As such, we do not have access to your accounts, orders & billing records.
Bell no longer offers any free email accounts. You cannot add an additional email account. If you require another free email account then you will need to obtain one from another email account supplier such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Mail, etc.
FYI Only. Just remember one important thing: "If you cancel your Bell Internet & your Mobility service, your email account is automatically deleted when you cancel these services. You will no longer have access to it or any of the information that you may not have deleted. Everything is deleted when the service is terminated. Your email account cannot be recreated nor any of the emails or folders recovered.
Thunderbird is not a support browser for Bell webmail. Please refer to the following documents that I have included below. All of the information that you are looking for is included in both of them.
Using Bell email : Bell email features
Setting up Bell email : Accessing settings
Thank you for posting your question.
Take care.

How do I create bell.net email addresses.
I have at present bellnet.ca email addresses and want to cancel.
Also have Bell Fibe 940 and want to change to possibly Gigibit Fibe 1.5
I know that there would be charges for coming out off the contract with Bell Fibe 940
Help would be appreciated.

Your final bill will arrive within 40 days after cancellation. Your final bill may include the following items:
- Final regular monthly charges:
If your service is cancelled (by you or by Bell) in the middle of a billing period, you will receive a prorated refund for monthly fees billed at the beginning of the billing period that apply to the period after the cancellation of your services. - Early cancellation fees (if applicable):
If you are cancelling your Bell services and you are still within the contract period, you may be subject to early cancellation fees. The amount depends on the service and will be added to your final bill.
Equipment returns
If you are currently renting equipment such as TV receivers or modems, you will need to return these to Bell.
Note: Do not return your rented equipment to a Bell store.
After your service is cancelled, return instructions will be sent to you by mail within 10 business days. The letter will include a prepaid shipping label for free returns. If you wish to return your equipment prior to receiving the shipping label or if the label does not arrive within 10 business days, visit bell.ca/equipmentreturn.
If you don’t return the equipment, or return it damaged, Bell may charge you an equipment non-return fee. This can range from $75 to $599.
When you cancel your Bell Internet & your Mobility service, your email account is automatically deleted. You will no longer have access to it or any of the information that you may not have deleted. Everything is deleted when the service is terminated. Your email account cannot be recreated nor any of the emails or folders recovered. You will also need to remove your email address from your phone's settings if you've added it as an account.
Take care.

I can find a list of my 6 existing Bell email addresses at:
https://mybell.bell.ca/Internet/MyService/GetManageEmailModifyView
On this page, I can change passwords and delete email addresses, but there is nothing that allows adding another one. I have not been able to find anything else on the site. Where should I be going to add an additional email address.
To be clear, I want to add a new email address, not import one from somewhere else.
Thanks!

"Bell no longer offers any free email accounts. You cannot add an email account."
I didn't know this, nor was I ever notified of this change. Thanks for the (disappointing) information.
