Recently, Bell webmail whiped out all of my trash and I cannot see anywhere online to stop this. Also, it deleted my trash on my desktop. At minimum, how can I stop webmail from doing this?

Hi there @Bewildered
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Bell Webmail is not related with your trash bin on your computer, so our Webmail would not have been the cause of that. As for your trash folder within your Bell Webmail, there is no Trash folder in Webmail. Are you referring to a different folder?
Are you also able to share how you are accessing the email (directly through Webmail or a third party client)?
Can you share what device (make and model) you are using to access your email?
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

Hi @BellNick
Thank you for your reply. On webmail, the folder I am referring to is the "Delete" folder. How can I change preferences so that files in this folder are not deleted?
