Hey there @mjb, thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community.
Collected addresses are comprised of addresses which you've received emails from.
You can manage them and remove any you don't wish to keep by selecting the contact and clicking the trash can icon to delete.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Hi @kim. Thanks for your post! That is a great question.

The Community will need a bit more information in order to help.

Are you referring to importing email addresses into your email account, or perhaps physical addresses for your current contacts? Are you able to confirm if you are using the old Bell Webmail format, or the new Bell Webmail format?

I am using the new Bell email. I would like to take all my collected email addresses and import them into my contacts

Thank you for getting back to the Community.

Can you share where the collected email addresses located? Depending on where your email addresses are located will determine the import steps.

I log onto my email through bell.net from there when I go to the heading contacts it is in there. On the side there is a sub title called collected addresses

Hey @kim, thanks for clarifying.

If I am understanding correctly you would like to export the email contacts from your http://Bell.net email account to another email client or perhaps into your phone contacts?

@BellPatricia

In the new webmail format there is a Contacts page. That lists Main (the official contacts list) and Collected addresses. @kim wants to move items from Collected addresses over to Main. A bunch at a time. This has nothing to do with exporting.

May I add to what Doug42 has indicated. I also don't understand what these 'collected addressess' are about. I certainly didn't 'collect' them. My problem is that I have hundreds and many of them are duplicates.

You all seem to be missing the point! Collected e-mail addresses keep adding up. I have overe 16,000. The site only allows deleting 9 at a time. This would take me hours and hours to delete them all. There MUST be an easier way. Any suggestions?

I don't know why Bell is keeping these 'Collected Addresses'. They are of no value to me. They probably take up a lot of space on Bell mail servers.
