Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Issues such as this cannot be resolved on the Bell Community Forum. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records.
I trust you have reached out to Bell Customer Service & you have explained your issue to them in detail. Do you have a reference or ticket number? Have you ask to speak to a customer service manager? If not, then please call Bell Repair service & explain the situation & location of where the dangerous hole is located.
Bell Wire & Cable Repair - Please call: 611 or 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.
For property damage: Call: 1-800-268-4213. The office is currently closed. They are open: M - F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
If after completing all of the above & you are still not satisfied, you can reach out to the Bell Management Team by reporting a concern.
Be sure to identify your issue clearly, steps taken by customer service representatives (including supervisors), and the results (or lack thereof) obtained. Note the name, employee number, and date of interaction with each customer service representative (including supervisors), contractors, etc.
If the damage that you mention was clearly caused by a Bell employee or contractor doing work for Bell on your property, then I am very confident that Bell will make it right.
