Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
When you placed your order with Bell, did you choose a technician installation or self-install? Which Bell Services are you trying to install? What did Bell send you? The web links below will assist you in completing the self installation.
There is no charge to do the self-install. There is a charge to have a Bell techician visit, set up & install your equipment for you.
What are Bell's current one-time fees?
Should you require further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out once again. You can also contact Bell Fibe TV & Internet Tech support for further guidance, assistance & if need be to arrange for a technician to visit & install your equipement. Call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
Take care.

When receiving the new modem, the instructions show a green coupler piece to connect the wire in my home to the wire on the new modem, however I was not provided with one. Should this have been shipped to me? Where can I get one?

If you are talking about the green plastic portion that plugs into the fibre portion of the modem, that is supposed to be put on the end of the fibre cable.
It's not something you can install yourself. An installer would need to come and do that.

Good Day.
Have a look at the self-install tutorial instructions that I have attached below. Familiarize yourself with the equipment that you have & follow the steps. Select > Service you are installing > Internet. Select > Get Started. From the pictures that you have shown, Select > Optical Network Terminal. Select > Get started.
Now follow the next 13 steps in the tutorial and refer to the video that is also included.

if the task at hand becomes too onerous, you may need to reach out to Bell Internet Tech support for further assistance and / or arrange for a technician visit to complete the installation for you.
Please call Bell Fibe Internet tech support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
Take care.

One of the photos I posted above is from the step by step guide you’ve suggested and have already tried to follow. We did not receive/do not have the coupler to connect the cables as described in the steps.
We have someone coming from Bell this week to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks anyway.

I am installing a new modem (Giga hub) replacing the 3000 hub. The older hub has 2 DSL connections but the Giga has no DSL ports. Does that mean they are not necessary now?
