Have Bell internet as a backup - nothing linked to it (all to another service provider) - get emails / texts from Bell saying we are over allotment for the month - again, no computers, smart TV, mobile phones, security cameras conntected to the WIFI. Tried to verify through the "Usage" page on Bell site - problem is the summary tab, detailed usage tab and 6-month trend tab are all blank (i.e., does not show anything)
No idea how an internet can use 100GB in three weeks with nothing connected to it
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Budolks,
Make sure you have a password on your Wi-Fi. If nearby devices are able to pick up your signal and connect to it, a neighbor could be using your Wi-Fi and internet connection.
You can use the Wi-Fi app or log into your modem settings by typing 192.168.2.1 in a browser to check what devices are connected to your network and what devices were connected and now disconnected. That should give you an idea on what is utilizing your usage.
